En tant que th\u00e9rapeute, ou professionnel de la relation d\u2019aide en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous sommes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations avec nos patients qui nous questionnent et nous mettent parfois en difficult\u00e9s\u00a0: un suivi qui n\u2019avance pas, un contre-transfert excessivement n\u00e9gatif (ou positif\u00a0!), des comportements du patient d\u00e9rangeants ou questionnants, une pathologie mentale sous-jacente complexe, etc\u2026 Notre position de soignant peut \u00e9galement mise \u00e0 mal par certains contextes ou structures de personnalit\u00e9\u00a0: question du cadre, des m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es, des contres-attitudes\u2026<\/p>\n

\u00c9changer sur ces d\u00e9fis, qui sont au final de formidables opportunit\u00e9s de grandir dans notre m\u00e9tier, dans le cadre d\u2019une supervision r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est une pratique indispensable pour tout soignant, gage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique pour ses patients et pour lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n
